but also by the national discussion early in 2006 around Northern Illinois' RB Garrett Wolfe as a legitimate Heisman contender. We believe with the proliferation of information and the multi-media platforms available thru the Internet makes players from smaller schools much more viable as legitimate Heisman candidates.
